Join us for a decadent 5-course menu dinner on New Year’s Eve with the Baby’s Kusina crew at the beautiful R&D cocktail bar. Drinks and cocktails will be available for purchase separately.

MENU

1st Course: Caviar + Pandan

Buko pandan blini topped with smoked salmon, crème fraîche, Osetra Caviar, and dill

2nd Course: Tomato Ensalada

Endives, tomato, cucumber, onions, eggplant, house green goddess dressing

3rd Course: Head-On Prawns + Sinigang Noodles

Grilled prawns over egg noodles tossed in a savory and tangy tamarind sauce

4th Course: Fried Oyster Sisig

Battered and fried oysters tossed in a decadent oyster liquor and aligue sauce and served on a sizzling platter. Topped with salmon roe. Accompanied with pandan-infused rice.

Dessert: Warm Bibingka + Coconut Ice Cream

Sweet coconut rice cake baked in banana leaves. Topped with housemade coconut ice cream, grated salted egg yolk and asin tibuok dust.

Dinner is $108 per person including tax.
