Modern Filipino kitchen

We are a scratch kitchen that focuses on Filipino flavors and ingredients from both a traditional and modern lens. Set in a century old row home in North Philadelphia, our space will make you feel like you’re eating at your hip Lola’s renovated cozy brownstone.

Please keep in mind we provide a counter-service dining experience which means you order at the counter and food will be brought to you. Seats are first-come, first-serve and wait times can vary especially during the weekend. We do not take reservations except for private events or special dining experiences.

  • Food Program

    Our curated seasonal food menu features both creative and traditional takes on Filipino cuisine. We have a breakfast menu, afternoon merienda, and full food menu at certain times throughout the day. Please review our menus on our menu tab. Menus are always subject to change based on availability and demand.

  • Pastry Program

    We have an exciting pastry program with classics like ensaymada, bibingka and new favorites like our popular Filipino-inspired donuts. Our pastry menu is available daily with a rotating selection of sweets.

  • Coffee + Beverage

    All our espresso-based drinks are made with barako beans sourced from Lipa, Batangas via our supplier Minorya and roasted locally by Càphê Roasters. Beloved by pinoys both back home and abroad, pure barako which comes from the liberica coffee species is extremely rare and makes up less than 2% of the world’s coffee supply.

    Our ceremonial grade matcha which we currently source exclusively from Rocky’s Matcha is also a very critical piece of our robust beverage program at Baby’s.
